Celebrate British Pie Week with a Michelin–starred twist.

Executive chef of The Audley, Jamie Shears, has collaborated with Alex Dilling – the two Michelin-starred chef of Hotel Café Royal – on a pastry-masterpiece to rival all.

Their ‘posh pork pie’ is an indulgent blend of black truffle, boudin noir, Alsace bacon, duck liver, Paris ham, Lardo di Colonnata, trumpet mushrooms, and a dash of Cognac. The pie is served alongside creamy mash, and a roast chicken gravy with morel mushrooms.

On the menu for a limited time only from 3 March.
